Participation in the naturally-pam.de and naturally-pam.com sweepstakes for the Naturally Pam GmbH constitutes acceptance of and a willingness to be bound by these terms and conditions.

1. Promoter
   The prize competition is organized by the Naturally Pam GmbH, Kajen 12, 20459 Hamburg.

2. Participants
   Residents of the Federal Republic of Germany, Austria, Switzerland, 18 or over are entitled to participate. Individuals employed by the Promoter and dependents of such employees may not take part. Participation is open only to individuals, entry by lottery clubs or participation and entry services, automated services, or via falsified or third-party identities is not permitted.

3. Participation
   The sweepstakes runs from 23th September 2022 until 3rd October 2022 on naturally-pam.de and naturally-pam.com . The competition ends on 3rd October 2022 at 11.59 pm. Participation is linked to at least three Naturally PAM products bought in a Rossmann store.
   Participation in the competition is exclusively via the web address: https://www.naturally-pam.de/rossmann or https://www.naturally-pam.com/rossmann. To participate in the competition, participants must upload the receipt of their purchase via the above-mentioned web address. The winner will be drawn at random from the pool of entrants. Participation in the competition constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.

4. Winnings
   All participants will be raffled off a trip to Paris for 2 people worth €1000 and 9 product packages (snacks, cookbook and Pam app membership) worth €280. The travel and hotel costs for the trip will be covered for one weekend. The date of the trip will be determined in coordination with the winner.

5. Winner notification and transfer of prizes
   The winners of the relevant prizes will be notified of their winning by email to the address provided after the competition closes. Prizes will be delivered by DHL delivery to the address provided by the participant. Delivery of prizes occurs within approximately 2–4 weeks, through the Promoter or a partner corporation contracted for this purpose by the Promoter. Addresses may not be changed after initial notification. Should a prize be undeliverable, the Promoter and partner companies are not obliged to make further attempts to deliver the prize, the claim to the prize will be forfeited. If a prize is unable to be delivered to the winner (e.g., as the claim has been forfeited pursuant to the terms and condition, or the winner does not accept the prize) the Promoter may dispose of that prize at its own discretion (e.g., whether award the prize to other participants as per these terms and conditions, or retain the prize for use, for example, in future promotions.) Prizes cannot be transferred or redeemed for cash. Prizewinners are responsible for any additional costs or adaptations to the prize required by factors beyond the Promoter’s control.

6. Data protection
   By participating in the promotion, participants consent to the collection of their personal data in accordance with the regulations of the GDPR. Personal data is only collected for the purposes of conducting the sweepstakes, see our privacy policy for competitions.

7. Amendment / Cancelation of promotion
   The Promoter retains the right to suspend the promotion as a whole or temporarily should events outside of the Promoter’s control which jeopardize its integrity. In addition, the Promoter retains the right to exclude individual participants for breaching these terms and conditions.
   The Promoter may terminate, suspend, or alter the sweepstakes if unforeseen events outside of the Promoter’s control make the initially planned implementation difficult or impose unreasonable requirements on the Promoter. This includes but is not limited to, in particular, unauthorized involvement of third parties, technical problems with hardware or software which lie outside the influence of the Promoter, as well as illegal acts directly related to the conduct of the sweepstakes.

8. Liability
   Liability for any damages on the part of the Promoter, its corporate entities, employees, or agents arising from or in relation to the sweepstakes, regardless of the legal basis therefor is limited to instances of malicious intent or gross negligence.

9. Legal recourse
   Recourse to legal remedies is excluded. Claims to prizes cannot be assigned or transferred. Sweepstakes are subject solely to the law of the Federal Republic of Germany. Should one of these terms or conditions be deemed invalid, the remainder of the terms or conditions remain unaffected. These terms and conditions may be amended by the Promoter at any time without further notification. Additional or ancillary agreements with regard to the terms and conditions must be made in writing to be effective.
