Nut butter is so yesterday - now it's all about oats!
Like a nut butter made from oats! For my birthday this year, I developed something completely new for us that is not yet available on the German market. After a lot of experimenting, I now have my Oat Butter Cookie-licious, a taste experience like homemade cookie dough. The basis is not nuts, but gluten-free oats, which, with a pinch of bourbon vanilla, provide a delicious authentic cookie taste.
Cookie dough feeling from a jar
The taste of the new Oat Butter reminds of a wonderful butter cookie. The gluten-free oats contain fiber and minerals (such as magnesium, phosphorus, iron and zinc), as well as antioxidants and vitamins. Although it tastes so delicious, I tried to keep the sugar content as low as possible. No matter who I asked in the test rounds - whether it was Dennis with a sweet tooth, my mom or you followers in the pre-tasting: everyone said the Oat Butter is sweet enough! This is because the other ingredients taste so delicate and neutral that the small amounts of date powder and vanilla are already enough. Brilliant, isn't it?
From breakfast to dessert - For everything
As the name already implies, Oat Butter is a cream made from oat flakes! Inspired by nut butter, which is very popular, oat flakes are ground finely and refined with olive oil, shea butter and real bourbon vanilla. The result is a real cookie dough consistency and a wonderfully delicious cookie flavour. Oat butter can be used in a variety of ways. Personally, I love spooning it straight from the jar like cookie dough. But it's also perfect as a topping for porridges or as a spread. There are no limits to your imagination! My personal tip for you: with a sweetcorn waffle - simply heavenly!
